REMOVAL

WARNING
Use caution when removing air tank access plate. Air tank access plate may move
unexpectedly and swing down. Use assistance during procedure. Keep clear of heavy
parts as they are lowered. Failure to follow this warning may result in injury or death to
personnel.
CAUTION
Wheels must remain chocked during entire procedure. Failure to follow this warning may
result in injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
Air tanks and access plate weigh approximately 89 lb (40 kg).
When all fasteners are removed, air tanks access plate will swing down.
1. With assistance remove eight bolts (Figure 1, Item 1), washers (Figure 1, Item 2), and plate (Figure 1,
Item 4) from machine and allow air tanks access plate (Figure 1, Item 3) to swing down on hinges
(Figure 1, Item 5).
