CONTROL VALVE PILOT HOSES INSTALLATION CONTINUED
CAUTION
Remove plugs and caps from hydraulic hoses and fittings. Failure to follow this caution
may result in damage to equipment.
NOTE
Install hydraulic hoses as tagged and marked during removal.
5. Install two new O-rings (Figure 30, Items 5 and 6) on fitting (Figure 30, Item 4).
6. Install fitting (Figure 30, Item 4) on machine.
7. Install jamnut (Figure 30, Item 7) on fitting (Figure 30, Item 4).
8. Install fitting (Figure 30, Item 2) on fitting (Figure 30, Item 4) and tighten tube nut (Figure 30, Item 8).
9. Tighten tube nuts (Figure 30, Items 1 and 3).
