CONTROL VALVE PILOT HOSES INSTALLATION

CAUTION
Remove plugs and caps from hydraulic hoses and fittings. Failure to follow this caution
may result in damage to equipment.
NOTE
Install hydraulic hoses as tagged and marked during removal.
Install tiedown strap as noted during removal.
Install P-clamp as noted during removal.
1. Install four new O-rings (Figure 28, Items 9, 10, 11, and 12) on machine.
2. Install and route four hoses (Figure 28, Items 1, 4, 6, and 8) on machine and tighten four tube nuts
(Figure 28, Items 2, 3, 5, and 7).
