MAIN CONTROL VALVE HOSES REMOVAL

WARNING
Lubricating/hydraulic oils can be very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to
follow this warning may result in injury or death to personnel.
CAUTION
Plug and cap all hydraulic hoses, lines and fittings to prevent contamination.
NOTE
Tag and mark all lines to aid in installation.
1. Remove four bolts (Figure 1, Item 2), washers (Figure 1, Item 1), split flange halves (Figure 1, Item
12), and hose (Figure 1, Item 3) from rear main control valve (Figure 1, Item 13). Position hose aside.
2. Remove O-ring (Figure 1, Item 11) from hose (Figure 1, Item 3). Discard O-ring.
3. Remove four bolts (Figure 1, Item 5), washers (Figure 1, Item 6), split flange halves (Figure 1, Item 9), rear
main control valve hose (Figure 1, Item 4), and spacer (Figure 1, Item 7) from rear main control valve
(Figure 1, Item 13).
4. Remove O-ring (Figure 1, Item 10) from rear main control valve hose (Figure 1, Item 4) and remove O-ring
(Figure 1, Item 8) from spacer (Figure 1, Item 7), Discard O-rings.
