REMOVAL CONTINUED
NOTE
Cap and plug all lines and fittings to prevent fluid loss.
Note routing of hydraulic lines to aid in installation.
Mark and tag hydraulic lines to aid in installation.
19. Loosen tube nut (Figure 8, Item 1) and remove line (Figure 8, Item 4) from pressure reducing valve and plate
assembly (Figure 8, Item 7).
20. Remove O-ring (Figure 8, Item 8) from fitting (Figure 8, Item 9). Discard O-ring.
21. Remove three nuts (Figure 8, Item 3) and washers (Figure 8, Item 2) from pressure reducing valve and plate
assembly (Figure 8, Item 7).
22. Remove two bolts (Figure 8, Item 5) and washers (Figure 8, Item 6) from pressure reducing valve and plate
assembly (Figure 8, Item 7).
23. Remove tiedown strap (Figure 8, Item 10) and wiring harness (Figure 8, Item 12) from ladder clip
(Figure 8, Item 11). Discard tiedown strap.
24. Disconnect wiring harness connector (Figure 8, Item 13) from pressure reducing valve (Figure 8, Item 14).
25. Remove pressure reducing valve and plate assembly (Figure 8, Item 7) from machine.
