12. Install bushing (Figure 23, Item 6), washer (Figure 23, Item 4), ladder clip (Figure 23, Item 8), washer
(Figure 23, Item 7), and bolt (Figure 23, Item 5) on splash shield (Figure 23, Item 9).
13. Install two bushings (Figure 23, Item 3), washers (Figure 23, Item 1), and bolts (Figure 23, Item 2) on splash
shield (Figure 23, Item 9).
