ENGINE OIL COOLER REMOVAL CONTINUED
NOTE
Note orientation of shutoff valve to aid in installation.
4. Remove shutoff valve fitting (Figure 2, Item 9) from reducer fitting (Figure 2, Item 3).
5. Remove fitting (Figure 2, Item 3) and O-ring (Figure 2, Item 2) from bonnet (Figure 2, Item 1). Discard O-ring.
6. Remove gasket (Figure 2, Item 4) from bonnet (Figure 2, Item 1). Discard gasket.
7. Remove two bolts (Figure 2, Item 7), washers (Figure 2, Item 6), cover (Figure 2, Item 8), and gasket
(Figure 2, Item 5) from bonnet (Figure 2, Item 1). Discard gasket.
NOTE
Sleeve may stick to oil cooler.
8. Remove sleeve (Figure 2, Item 11) from bonnet (Figure 2, Item 1).
9. Remove two O-rings (Figure 2, Item 10) from sleeve (Figure 2, Item 11). Discard O-rings.
