1. Turn mode switch on military light

switch to OFF position

2. Separate boot (Figure 12, Item 1)
from turn signal switch
(Figure 12, Item 2).
3. Disconnect terminal 539
(Figure 12, Item 4) from turn
signal switch terminal 5

4. Have assistant start engine
(TM 5-3805-296-10). Allow air
supply pressure gauge to reach
normal operating pressure before
proceeding (TM 5-3805-296-10).
5. Have assistant turn mode switch
on military light switch to
SER. DRIVE position
(TM 5-3805-296-10).
