Test Step 27. Verify Malfunction is
Continued
Resolved.
1. If removed, install muffler and
exhaust pipe (WP 0205).
2. Ensure all harness connectors are
connected and boots are
positioned to cover terminals.
3. If ON, move switch (Figure 20,
Item 2) downward to engine run
position and close cover
(Figure 20, Item 1).

4. Turn battery disconnect switch to
Engine Cranks - Proceed to step 5.
ON position and start engine
(TM 5-3805-296-10).
Engine Does Not Crank - Repeat
troubleshooting from the beginning.
5. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to OFF position
(TM 5-3805-296-10).
6. If removed, install lower and upper
plenum on ROPS (WP 0504).
7. If removed, install battery cover
and floor plate (WP 0306).
8. If removed, install crankcase guard
(WP 0374).
9. Troubleshooting complete.
