DESCRIPTION
1
"D" Drive
Move shift lever to "D" position. The machine will move
forward.
The transmission will shift automatically between second
speed and any higher gear selected.
Manual shifting is required between first speed and second
speed.

"2" Second Speed
Move shift lever to "2" to engage second speed.
3
"1" First Speed
Move shift lever to "1" to engage first speed.

Lock Button
Press button to release shift lever.
Release button to lock shift lever in position.
Button does not lock shift lever when shifting between "1", "2",
and "D".

Shift Lever
Select position for direction of machine travel and desired
speed.
N OT E

Top Gear Control Button
When engine experiences an overspeed condition,
top gear control will allow transmission to upshift one
speed.
1.
With engine running and transmission control in "D",
press and hold button to select limit for upshifts.
Transmission gear indicator will flash, then cycle
through the available gears.
2. Release switch when desired top gear is showing in dis-
play.
Top gear will be set to the value on the display.

"R" - Reverse
Move shift lever to reverse position. The machine will move in
reverse.
N OT E

"N" - Neutral
Engine will not start unless transmission control is
in "N".
1. Move shift lever to "N" position to start engine and when
turning engine off.
2. Move shift lever to "N" position to engage neutral. The
machine should not move when park brake is applied.
