Fuel is very flammable and can explode easily. To avoid serious injury or death, keep
fuel away from open fire and keep fire extinguisher within easy reach when working
with fuel. Do not work on fuel system when engine is hot. Fuel can be ignited by hot
engine.
NOTE
Position drain pan under fuel lines to catch excess fuel.

Remove banjo screw (1) and two sealing washers (2) from fuel line (3) on fuel filter housing (4). Discard
sealing washers

Loosen fitting (5) and remove line (3) from fuel pump (6).
(3)
Loosen fitting (7) and remove hose (8) and elbow (9) from fuel pump (6).
