1.
Mark a line across floor boards (3) approximately
371/4 in. (94.6 cm) from rear of bulkhead (1), Cut
floor boards approximately 13/8 in, (3.5 cm) deep.
2.
Remove screw (2). Remove floor boards (3).
3.
Measure 183/4 in. (47.6 cm) from side of semitrailer and 83/4 in. (22.2 cm) from edge of floor boards. Mark
centerpoint.
4.
Measure 21/2 in. (6.4 cm) to front and rear of centerpoint and mark front and rear lines across kingpin cover plate.
5.
Measure 6 in. (15.2 cm) to right and left of centerpoint and mark right and left lines across kingpin cover plate.
