PF PG N O T E Items coded PC are subject to deteri- oration. KD Items with these codes are not to be KF requested/requisitioned individually. KB They are part of a kit which is authorized to the maintenance level indicated in the 3^rd position of the SMR code.  The comp- lete kit must be requisitioned and applied. MO-Made at unit/ Items with these codes are not to be re- AVUM level quisitioned/requested individually.  They MF-Made at DS/ must be made from bulk material which AVIM level is identified by the P/N in the DESCRIPTION MH-Made at GS AND USABLE ON CODE (UOC) column level and listed in the bulk material group ML-Made at SRA work package of the RPSTL.  If the item MD-Made at depot is authorized to you by the 3^rd position code of the SMR code, but the source code indicates it is made at higher level, order the item from higher level of maintenance. AO-Assembled by Items with these codes are not to be re- unit/AVUM level quested/requisitioned individually.  The AF-Assembled by parts that make up the assembled item DS/AVIM level must be requisitioned of fabricated and AH-Assembled by assembled at the level of maintenance GS level indicated by the source code.  If the AL-Assembled by 3^rd position of the SMR code authorizes SRA you to replace the item, but the source AD-Assembled by code indicates the item is assembled at depot a higher level, order the item from the the higher level of maintenance.
