INSTALLATION CONTINUED
WARNING
Use caution when installing front hood support. Use assistance during procedure. Keep
clear of heavy parts as they are raised and lowered. Failure to follow this warning may
result in injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
Front hood support weighs approximately 240 lb (109 kg).
2. Install two link brackets (Figure 38, Item 3 ) on front hood support (Figure 38, Item 4), with two bolts
(Figure 38, Item 2) and washers (Figure 38, Item 1).
3. Attach suitable lifting device to link brackets (Figure 38, Item 3).
4. Using suitable device and assistance, install front hood support (Figure 38, Item 4) on machine.
