BRAKE SHOE REMOVAL CONTINUED
WARNING
Use caution when positioning brake shoes. Fingers may get pinched. Failure to follow this
warning may result in injury to personnel.
NOTE
Note size and location of washer and retaining ring to aid in installation.
6. Using assistance, pry open brake shoes (Figure 4, Item 1) and slide camshaft (Figure 4, Item 6) outwards.
7. Remove retaining ring (Figure 4, Item 4), washer (Figure 4, Item 3), camshaft, (Figure 4, Item 6), washer
(Figure 4, Item 5), and spacer (Figure 4, Item 2) from rear axle housing (Figure 4, Item 7).
