Install P-clamps as noted during removal.
28. Install right tail lamp wiring harness insulation (Figure 39, Item 4) and new tiedown straps (Figure 39, Item 2)
on wiring harnesses (Figure 39, Item 3).
29. Install identification tag (Figure 39, Item 5) on right tail lamp wiring harness insulation (Figure 39, Item 4).
30. Install three P-clamps (Figure 39, Item 1) on right tail lamp wiring harness insulation (Figure 39, Item 4).

31. Install three washers (Figure 40, Item 3) and bolts (Figure 40, Item 1) on P-clamps (Figure 40, Item 4) and
bosses (Figure 40, Item 2).
