REMOVAL CONTINUED
WARNING
Lubricating/hydraulic oils can be very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to
follow this warning may result in injury or death to personnel.
CAUTION
Plug or cap hydraulic hose and fitting to prevent contamination. Failure to follow this
caution may result in equipment damage.
NOTE
Tag and mark hydraulic hose and fitting to aid in installation.
Note location and orientation of P-clamp to aid in installation.
Use a container to catch any fluid that may drain from system. Dispose of fluid IAW local
policy and ordinances. Ensure all spills are cleaned up.
16. Remove bolt (Figure 7, Item 2), washer (Figure 7, Item 3), and P-clamp (Figure 7, Item 4) from machine.
17. Remove P-clamp (Figure 7, Item 4) from hydraulic hose (Figure 7, Item 5).
18. Loosen tube nut (Figure 7, Item 1), and remove hydraulic hose (Figure 7, Item 5) and O-ring
(Figure 7, Item 7) from elbow fitting (Figure 7, Item 6). Discard O-ring.
NOTE
Note routing of hydraulic hose to aid in installation.
19. Remove hydraulic hose (Figure 7, Item 5) from machine.
