BOWL CYLINDER PILOT HOSES INSTALLATION

CAUTION
Remove plugs and caps from hydraulic hoses and fittings. Failure to follow this caution
may result in damage to equipment.
NOTE
Remove plugs and caps from hydraulic hoses and fittings.
Install hydraulic hoses as tagged and marked during removal.
1. Install two new O-rings (Figure 23, Items 6 and 9) on fitting (Figure 23, Item 3).
2. Install fitting (Figure 23, Item 3) on machine.
3. Install new lockwasher (Figure 23, Item 8) and jamnut (Figure 23, Item 7) on fitting (Figure 23, Item 3).
4. Install fitting (Figure 23, Item 5) on fitting (Figure 23, Item 3) and tighten tube nut (Figure 23, Item 4).
5. Install hose (Figure 23, Item 1) on machine and tighten tube nut (Figure 23, Item 2).
