LOWER RADIATOR HOSE REMOVAL CONTINUED
CAUTION
Do not turn T-fitting more than 3/4 of a turn in clockwise direction.
NOTE
Mark position of fittings before removal to aid in installation.
7. Rotate T-fitting (Figure 9, Item 2) clockwise until valve outlet (Figure 9, Item 1) will not contact transmission oil
cooler (Figure 9, Item 3) when unscrewed from T-fitting.
NOTE
Note number of rotations required to remove valve to aid in installation.
8. Remove valve (Figure 9, Item 1) from T-fitting (Figure 9, Item 2).

Note number of rotations required to remove T-fitting to aid in installation.
9. Remove T-fitting (Figure 9, Item 2) from transmission oil cooler (Figure 9, Item 3).
