7. Remove two water temperature regulators (Figure 8, Item 2) from water temperature regulator housing
(Figure 8, Item 1).

8. With assistance using rolling head pry bar on alternating locations around two seals (Figure 9, Item 1), remove
seals from water temperature regulator housing (Figure 9, Item 2). Discard seals.
