9. Install two brackets (Figure 14, Item 3) and wiring harness connector (Figure 14, Item 2) to primary fuel filter
(Figure 14, Item 6) with bolt (Figure 14, Item 5), and washer (Figure 14, Item 4). Tighten bolt.
10. Install new tiedown strap (Figure 14, Item 1).
