Continuity on Both Fuses Install
6. Using digital multimeter
fuse F17 and fuse F32 on circuit breaker
(WP 0540), measure resistance as
panel (TM 5-3805-296-10).

Proceed to Test Step 16.
a. Between terminals of fuse
No Continuity on One or Both Fuses
F17.
DO NOT install fuses on circuit
b. Between terminals of fuse
breaker panel. Proceed to Test Step 9.

Test Step 9. Test for Shorted Fuse
Panel Wiring Harness.
1. Remove transmission shifter
(WP 0502).
2. Disconnect connector CG-C8
(WP 0012, Figure 284) from 5A
voltage converter
(WP 0012, Figure 285).
3. Disconnect connector W-C8
(WP 0012, Figure 282) from
connector CG-C1
(WP 0012, Figure 283).
4. Using digital multimeter
Continuity Replace fuse panel wiring
(WP 0540), test for continuity
harness (WP 0515).
between connector CG-C8
Replace fuse(s) with no continuity/
terminal 1 (WP 0012, Figure 284)
install fuse with continuity on circuit
and all other terminals in
breaker panel (TM 5-3805-296-10).

Proceed to Test Step 16.

No Continuity Proceed to step 5.
5. Using digital multimeter
Continuity Replace fuse panel wiring
(WP 0540), test for continuity
harness (WP 0515).
between connector CG-C8
Replace fuse(s) with no continuity/
terminal 2 (WP 0012, Figure 284)
install fuse with continuity on circuit
and all other terminals in
breaker panel (TM 5-3805-296-10).

Proceed to Test Step 16.

No Continuity Proceed to step 6.
6. Using digital multimeter
Continuity Replace fuse panel wiring
(WP 0540), test for continuity
harness (WP 0515).

Replace fuse(s) with no continuity/
terminal 5 (WP 0012, Figure 284)
install fuse with continuity on circuit
and all other terminals in
breaker panel (TM 5-3805-296-10).
