Conditioner Wiring Harness.
1. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to OFF position
(TM 5-3805-296-10).
2. Disconnect connector W-C22
(WP 0012, Figure 271)
from connector CA-C1
(WP 0012, Figure 272).
3. Turn battery disconnect switch and
ignition switch to ON position
(TM 5-3805-296-10).
4. Using digital multimeter
Voltage 11.5 to 14 V Replace air
(WP 0540), test for voltage
conditioner wiring harness (WP 0527).
between connector W-C22
Proceed to Test Step 14.

Voltage Less Than 11.5 V Replace

Test Step 7. Inspect Cooling System.
1. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to OFF position

2. Perform cooling system inspection
No Class III Leaks or Damage Found
(WP 0166) and inspect for Class III

Conditioner Wiring Harness.
1. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to OFF position

2. Disconnect connector W-C22
(WP 0012, Figure 271)
from connector CA-C1
(WP 0012, Figure 272).
3. Connect jumper wire between
terminal 6 and terminal 9
of connector W-C22
(WP 0012, Figure 271).
4. Turn battery disconnect switch and
ignition switch to ON position
