When the cushion-hitch switch is turned OFF, hydraulic oil is pumped by the cushion-hitch pump to the rod end of
load cylinder and the hydraulic accumulator is discharged. The load cylinder retracts and the bracket assembly
moves downward until it rests on the hitch assembly.
