b. Perform hot check of
hydraulic oil level with the
following steps:
1. Ensure park brake is
engaged (WP 0004) and
machine is on level ground.
2. Start engine (WP 0005)
and run at low idle with
transmission in N (neutral).
3. Move ejector all the
way forward.
4. Ensure bowl is lowered
to the ground with slight
downward pressure
(WP 0004).
5. Ensure cushion-hitch is
not activated (WP 0004).
6. With hydraulic oil at
operating temperature, oil
must be at full line of sight
gauge.
7. Clean area around
hydraulic tank filler cap and
remove.
8. Add lubricating oil
through filler opening. Refer to
LO 5-3805-296-13 for proper
oil(s) based on outside
temperature.
9. Clean cap and reinstall.
10. Place battery
disconnect switch in off (O)
position (WP 0004).
