Tag and mark hose to aid in installation.
Note routing of hoses and lines to aid in installation.
Use a container to catch any fluid that may drain from hoses or system. Dispose of fluid
IAW local policy and ordinances. Ensure all spills are cleaned up.
1. Loosen tube nut (Figure 5, Item 3) and disconnect hydraulic hose (Figure 5, Item 1) from hydraulic line
(Figure 5, Item 6).
2. Remove O-ring (Figure 5, Item 4) from hydraulic line (Figure 5, Item 6). Discard O-ring.
3. Remove nut (Figure 5, Item 2) and hydraulic line (Figure 5, Item 6) from bracket (Figure 5, Item 5).
4. Remove four bolts (Figure 5, Item 11), washers (Figure 5, Item 12), two flange halves (Figure 5, Item 13), and
hydraulic hose (Figure 5, Item 10) from hydraulic line (Figure 5, Item 6).
5. Remove O-ring (Figure 5, Item 14) from hydraulic line (Figure 5, Item 10). Discard O-ring.
6. Remove two bolts (Figure 5, Item 9), washers (Figure 5, Item 8), clamp (Figure 5, Item 7), and hydraulic line
(Figure 5, Item 6) from machine.
