Replace unservicable ballast boxes with serviceable items from stock.
Insert ballast box wiring through hole in splash panel.
Install four grommets (5 and 6) over screw holes in splash panel.
Install ballast box (4) on top of grommets.
Install four screws (3), washers (2), and nuts (1) and tighten.
Splice ballast box wiring together and remove tags.
Install remaining ballast boxes in the same manner.
Install splash panel (para 5.8).
Install battery (para 4.23).
