Test 3.
Disconnect line and fitting from brake release port on cross relief valve. Install test fitting
and a 0-5,000 psi (0-34,475 kPa) pressure gage. Start FRS. Have assistant operate
SWING control lever to attempt to swing counter clockwise. Check for a minimum of 1,300
psi (8,963 kPa) brake release pressure.
If pressure is not within specifications, repair or replace cross relief valve. Refer to
paragraph 3-32 or 6-12.
