Remove and discard lower bearing shell
(10) from connecting rod cap (1).
(12)
Push connecting rod (8) away from
crankshaft to allow upper bearing shell (11)
to be removed. Discard upper bearing
shell.
(13)
Push connecting rod and piston assembly
(12) out of cylinder bore (7). Care must be
taken not to damage connecting rod (8) or
cylinder bore.
