NOTE
Prior to assembly, coat latch
ratchet hub with grease.
(1)
Install inlet tube (10) and latch rachet hub
(35) onto sheave assembly (24), and secure
with four screws (34) and nuts (33).
(2)
Install two snap rings (32) on inlet tube (10).
