Low Pressure Fuel Line.
Fuel is very flammable and can explode easily. To avoid serious injury or death, keep
fuel away from open fire and keep fire extinguisher within easy reach when working
with fuel. Do not work on fuel system when engine is hot. Fuel can be ignited by hot
engine.
NOTE
Tag and mark fuel lines prior to removal.
Position drain pan under hoses to catch excess fuel.

Removal.
(a)
Remove banjo connector screw (10), two sealing washers (11) and fuel line (12) from fuel filter
head (13). Discard sealing washers.
(b)
Disconnect fuel line (12) and remove from fuel pump (14).
(2)
Installation.
NOTE
Install fuel line in position as noted prior to removal.

Install fuel line (12) on fuel pump (14).
(b)
Install fuel line (12) on fuel filter head (13) with two sealing washers (11) and banjo connector
screw (10).
