Position one stabilizing platform under each outrigger pad and deploy outrigger and jack cylinders
(Para 2-29).

Check front-to-back level (3) and left-to-right level (4).

If FRS cannot be leveled, system must be moved to more stable ground and repeat Steps (1) through (4).
