WINCH MAINTENANCE AND REMOVAL
Inspect all parts for visible signs of wear or damage. Repair by using replacement parts.
Remove the winch by removing eight (8)
capscrews and locknuts.
Winch brake adjustment, loosen adjusting screw locknut. Turn adjusting screw clockwise to increase brake
tension or counterclockwise to decrease tension. Turn the adjusting screw only turn at a time until proper
adjustment is achieved. Retighten adjustment screw locknut after correct tension is acquired.
