REMOVAL CONTINUED
2. Remove four bolts (Figure 2, Item 1), washers (Figure 2, Item 2), spacers (Figure 2, Item 3), and splash guard
(Figure 2, Item 4) from cab.
WARNING
Hydraulic oil is very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to follow this warning
may result in injury or death to personnel.
To prevent injury to personnel, wear protective eye covering and gloves.
Failure to follow these warnings may result in injury or death to personnel.
CAUTION
Cap and plug hose and fittings to prevent contamination.
NOTE
Tag and mark hose to aid in installation.
Note routing of hoses and lines to aid in installation.
Use a container to catch any fluid that may drain from hoses or system. Dispose of fluid
IAW local policy and ordinances. Ensure all spills are cleaned up.
If installed, note location and quantity of tiedown straps to aid installation. Remove
tiedowns straps.
3. Remove four bolts (Figure 2, Item 5), washers (Figure 2, Item 6), two flange halves (Figure 2, Item 9), and
hydraulic hose (Figure 2, Item 7) from steering control valve (Figure 2, Item 10).
4. Remove O-ring (Figure 2, Item 8) from hydraulic hose (Figure 2, Item 7). Discard O-ring.
