FRONT BUMPER INSTALLATION

WARNING
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may result in injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
Front bumper weighs approximately 732 lb (332 kg).
1. Attach suitable lifting device to front bumper (Figure 1, Item 1). Support bumper with lifting device.
2. With assistance, install bumper (Figure 1, Item 1), 16 washers (Figure 1, Item 3), and bolts (Figure 1, Item 2),
on frame (Figure 1, Item 4). Tighten bolts to 640 lb-ft (870 Nm).
3. Remove lifting device from bumper.
