WARNING
Use caution when using adhesives and sealants. Prolonged inhalation of vapors can
cause lung irritation. Contact with skin can cause dermatitis. Wear gloves and safety
goggles and use product in a well-ventilated area away from open flame. If ingested, keep
individual calm and seek medical attention. DO NOT induce vomiting. If contact with skin
or eyes is made, flush thoroughly with water. Dispose of cleanup rags IAW local policy and
ordinances. Failure to follow this warning may result in injury to personnel.
NOTE
Install fittings as noted during removal.
1. Apply sealant to fitting (Figure 5, Item 1), install fitting on air brake relay (Figure 5, Item 6).
2. Apply sealant to T-fitting (Figure 5, Item 3), install T-fitting on air brake relay (Figure 5, Item 6).
3. Apply sealant to fitting (Figure 5, Item 11), install fitting on T-fitting (Figure 5, Item 3).
4. Apply sealant to check valve (Figure 5, Item 10), install check valve on fitting (Figure 5, Item 11).
5. Apply sealant to fitting (Figure 5, Item 9), install fitting on check valve (Figure 5, Item 10).
6. Apply sealant to fitting (Figure 5, Item 8), install fitting on air brake relay (Figure 5, Item 6).
7. Apply sealant to fitting (Figure 5, Item 7), install fitting on check valve (Figure 5, Item 10).
8. Apply sealant to fitting (Figure 5, Item 5), install fitting on air brake relay (Figure 5, Item 6).
9. Apply sealant to fitting (Figure 5, Item 4), install fitting on air brake relay (Figure 5, Item 6).
10. Apply sealant to fitting (Figure 5, Item 2), install fitting on T-fitting (Figure 5, Item 3).
