PRESSURE INDICATOR INSTALLATION

WARNING
Use caution when using adhesives and sealants. Prolonged inhalation of vapors can
cause lung irritation. Contact with skin can cause dermatitis. Wear gloves and safety
goggles and use product in a well-ventilated area away from open flame. If ingested, keep
individual calm and seek medical attention. DO NOT induce vomiting. If contact with skin
or eyes is made, flush thoroughly with water. Dispose of cleanup rags IAW local policy and
ordinances. Failure to follow this warning may result in injury to personnel.
1. Apply sealing compound to fitting (Figure 21, Item 5).
2. Install fitting (Figure 21, Item 5) on bracket (Figure 21, Item 4).
3. Install new O-ring (Figure 21, Item 7) on fitting (Figure 21, Item 5).
4. Install pressure indicator (Figure 21, Item 6) on fitting (Figure 21, Item 5).
5. Apply sealing compound to fitting (Figure 21, Item 3).
6. Install fitting (Figure 21, Item 3) on bracket (Figure 21, Item 4).
7. Apply sealing compound to hose fitting (Figure 21, Item 2).
8. Install hose fitting (Figure 21, Item 2) on fitting (Figure 21, Item 2).
9. Install hose (Figure 21, Item 1) through clamp (Figure 21, Item 8).
10. Connect hose (Figure 21, Item 1) to hose fitting (Figure 21, Item 2).
