Assemble the check valve parts (4) through (8) as shown in the outlet check valve illustration. Press O-ring
(8) with fingers into the groove of the check valve body (2). The spacer (4) slides into the cavity of the check
valve body (2).

Thread the check valve assembly into the pump body (3), tighten and orient as illustrated.
g.
Align and tighten the flare fittings of tubing (1).
h.
This completes the inspection and repair of the booster pump check valves. Perform leak check and
confidence test procedure per paragraph 2-8.
