5. Insert pin of pin and chain assembly through outer crossmember and extend pin so it enters hinge lug held by hand
on bulkhead. Weld hinge lug to bulkhead so it aligns with pin and is not binding. Repeat procedure on other outer
crossmember.
6. Weld chains of two pin and chain assemblies to fold-over channel.
7. Inspect welds.
