WARNING
At operating temperature, powertrain fluid is hot. Allow powertrain to cool before removing
any powertrain components.
To prevent injury to personnel, wear protective eye covering and gloves.
Powertrain fluid can be very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills.
Failure to follow these warnings may result in injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
Note routing of hydraulic lines to aid in installation.
Mark and tag hydraulic lines to aid in installation.
Use a container to catch any fluid that may spill or drain from hoses or system. Dispose of
fluid IAW local policy and ordinances. Ensure all spills are cleaned up.
1. Remove two bolts (Figure 1, Item 1) and washers (Figure 1, Item 2) from machine.
2. Loosen tube nut (Figure 1, Item 6) and remove hydraulic hose (Figure 1, Item 5) from implement pilot solenoid
pressure reducing valve (Figure 1, Item 10).
3. Loosen tube nut (Figure 1, Item 14) and remove hydraulic hose (Figure 1, Item 11) from implement pilot
solenoid pressure reducing valve (Figure 1, Item 10).
4. Loosen tube nut (Figure 1, Item 12) and remove hydraulic hose (Figure 1, Item 13) from implement pilot
solenoid pressure reducing valve (Figure 1, Item 10).
5. Remove three nuts (Figure 1, Item 4) and washers (Figure 1, Item 3) from machine.
6. Remove two bolts (Figure 1, Item 7), washers (Figure 1, Item 8), and spacers (Figure 1, Item 9) from machine.
