REMOVAL CONTINUED

NOTE
Tag and mark hose to aid in installation.
Note routing of hoses and lines to aid in installation.
Use a container to catch any fluid that may drain from hoses or system. Dispose of fluid
IAW local policy and ordinances. Ensure all spills are cleaned up.
2. Disconnect quick-disconnect fitting (Figure 2, Item 4) from fitting on steering metering pump (Figure 2, Item 5).
3. Loosen tube nut (Figure 2, Item 2) and remove hydraulic hose (Figure 2, Item 1) from quick-disconnect fitting
(Figure 2, Item 4).
4. Remove O-ring (Figure 2, Item 3) from quick-disconnect fitting (Figure 2, Item 4). Discard O-ring.
5. Loosen tube nut (Figure 2, Item 6) and remove hydraulic hose (Figure 2, Item 1) from fitting on steering control
valve (Figure 2, Item 8).
6. Remove O-ring (Figure 2, Item 7) from fitting (Figure 2, Item 8). Discard O-ring.
7. Remove hydraulic hose (Figure 2, Item 1) from machine.
